Food Glorious Food
All food is freshly prepared by our on board chef. When you book you will be asked if any of your party has any food allergies or food dislikes so that the Kaye can prepare the menu accordingly using the freshest ingredients available on the day. Vegetarian, vegan, lactose intolerant and gluten free diets can be catered for by prior arrangement (all ingredients are subject to availability).
Sample Lunch Menu (up to six people)
- JABBERWOCKY Ginger Chicken
This is a JABBERWOCKY favourite and Kaye’s signature dish, tender pieces of chicken cooked in a sauce made with fresh local ginger. For those that prefer the chicken can be served plain with the sauce on the side……….but you really must give the ginger sauce a try !
- Pan fried Mahi Mahi on a Tropical Fruit Sala
- Lemon Pepper Chicken
- Homemade Roasted Pepper Quiche
All served with wild rice, a fresh garden salad and warm bread.
Buffet Lunch Menu (six to ten people)

All served with a selection of salads and fresh breads.

An open bar of house wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Cabinet Sauvignon or Rose all from Chile), local beer, water and soda’s is available throughout the charter.
For celebrations and sunsets sparkling wine is also carried on board and of course don’t forget to ask Kaye for ‘a Shark Bite’ – JABBERWOCKY’S infamous rum cocktail……….but be warned ‘beware the Bite’ !!
Veuve Clicquot or Moet & Chandon Champagne can be pre ordered at an additional cost of US$95 per bottle
